From day one the work was straightforward: companies needed software built properly and did not have the team to do it. We consulted on architecture and delivery for some, and wrote and shipped the applications outright for others. Real estate, logistics, healthcare, fintech, e-commerce — different domains, the same underlying problem of turning a business need into a system that holds up under real use.
Across those engagements the same friction kept surfacing. Teams were drowning in follow-up work: inboxes nobody could keep on top of, CRMs that were only as good as the last person to update them, and hours a week spent drafting the same messages. The technology to fix it finally caught up, and we had spent years learning exactly where it hurt.
That became Keylid. Keylid AI Assistant connects to the systems a business already runs on — CRM, email, calendar — digests what is happening across them, and handles the drafting and follow-up that otherwise gets dropped. Keylid.ca extends the same foundation to consumers as a modern Canadian real estate platform. We are building both while continuing to do the client work that funds and informs them.
We stay deliberately small and senior. That means we are selective about the work we take, direct about what we think, and accountable for what we ship. If we are not the right team for a project, we will say so on the first call.
